Rotational Development Program
This one to two year full time enterprise-wide program allows participants to perform meaningful work assignments in various rotations within each chosen career track.
Desired qualifications for all new graduates and intern applicants include:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly in high-pressure environments
- Leadership, teamwork and client servicing ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated motivation and initiative to succeed
- GPA of 3.0 or above (Intern & Rotational Development Programs)
- Knowledge of and interest in Northern Trust and the financial services industry
