Under direct supervision responsible processes that involve the handling and processing of routine transactions for trade capture, trade and cash settlements, reporting, valuations, trade and valuation reconciliation, set up and maintenance of static data, pricing and exception resolution. The transactions are complex as they require the professionals executing them to have the requisite knowledge and operate within a large set of rules. This role may be entry level position with opportunity to develop professionally. 

1. Handling and processing transactions related to trade capture, trade and cash settlements, reporting, valuations, trade and valuation reconciliation, set up and maintenance of static data, pricing and exception resolution.
2. Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines 
3. Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts
4. Works effectively as a team member but also independently 
5. Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job
6. Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job
7. Running and creating formal reports
A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred. Related Industry qualification / or studying towards, is preferred 
Good oral and written communication skills are required
Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred
Analytical and problem solving skills are required
Understanding of banking procedures
Attention to detail
