•Accountable for own contributions•Experience in Accounting and/or Finance and a College or University degree in Business preferred, although other disciplines considered along with some 4+ years relevant work experience is required. •Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a job discipline•Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience•Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding•Proven ability to work effectively within strict deadlines•Ability to process large and variable volumes accurately whilst consistently meeting external and internal deadlines•Thorough knowledge of the Derivatives market, complex products and operating conventions, including product lifecycles•Experience using Derivative market platforms and utilities•Ability to identify and pursue improvement opportunities•Demonstrates a drive for accuracy, to work systematically to meet and maintain standards and adhere to established procedure. •Takes initiative to accomplish tasks and make decisions according to risk, priorities and deadlines.•Focuses on Client needs (internal and external) and works proactively to create mutually beneficial long-term solutions and relationships•Appreciates and seeks to leverage different perspectives and opinions, creating an inclusive environment. •Demonstrates the ability and drive to work cooperatively with others towards shared goals.•Challenges assumptions in order to drive continual improvement.
