Associate Consultant, HR Service Center
Qualifications
• A College or University degree and some relevant human resources work experience associate with Disability and Leave
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly articulate process requirements and solutions to educate employees, managers and HR partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for each leave.
• Ability to defuse emotional conversations and exhibit empathy and sensitivity with employees.
• Good judgment and critical thinking required to appropriately solve complex problems and escalate issues.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills are required.
• Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Microsoft, PeopleSoft) required including excel skills to analyze and evaluate data.
