Associate Specialist - APAC Data Governance
Knowledge/Skills
• Strong understanding and capable of effectively communicating the role of Data Governance to both business and technical communities within the sphere of data domain; possess broad knowledge of the financial services data domains/sub domains
• Knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, PII and regulatory landscape
• Work both independently as well as with the different Teams with overlapping responsibilities such as Privacy, Information Security, Data Management, Data Delivery, Analytics and collaborate with Business Partners within the Enterprise
• Manage multiple open work streams at the same time
Records Management and Cloud Governance
Experience Required
• Experience with one or more of the following topics: Data Management, Data Quality, Data Catalogs Metadata, Reporting Dashboards and Visualization, Data Architecture, Data Discovery, Data Intake, Data Modeling
• Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
• Understand key business drivers of those functions which enter, modify, manage, and consume the data within domain
• Understand all aspects of defining and implementing Data Governance
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess proven facilitation and conflict resolution skills
• Possess exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
