Client Service Representative, Banking Operations Treasury Management
Experience
•
Knowledge of Treasury Management products &
services through training programs or experience.
•
Analytical, organizational and sales skills are
required to research and resolve inquiries and manage conflicting priorities
and workflow.
•
Strong telephone, verbal and written
communication skills are required.
•
Active listening and interpersonal skills needed
along with ability to handle challenging callers with minimal assistance.
•
Ability to adapt to change, fast pace
environment and various personality types.
•
Self-motivated with ability to set priorities
and manage time effectively.
•
Computer literacy required with ability to
navigate several applications/systems simultaneously.
•
2 + years client servicing experience. Knowledge of Treasury Management products and
services is preferred.
