Qualification/Experience Required:


Knowledgeable of the core aspects of instructional design and content development 
Willingness to work towards becoming proficient in all areas related to the role
Learning Content Analysis/Audience Analysis
Learning Content Design & Development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Authoring tools – Articulate Storyline Suite
Ability to blend and implement multiple instructional modalities including vILT, ILT, eLearning
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and establish priorities
Effective communication and collaboration skills as part of a remote/virtual team
Confident, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Capable of working effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Creative, innovative, and passionate about instructional design.
Work effectively as a team member and as an independent L&D Consultant 
Experience/Required    
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
Minimum 3 years of experience in an educational, corporate training, or professional services environment, with an emphasis on eLearning and multimedia technologies
Minimum 2 years of experience implementing adult learning principles
