The successful candidate will benefit from having: 

College/University degree or global trust and custody services, new client onboarding and transition events or other related client servicing experience is required for consideration.  The role will support the operating structure of Wealth Management (PCA, WA & Estate Settlements) so familiarity with the business unit, client account structure and legal documents for Wealth Management accounts are required.  

The applicant must demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of Wealth Management’s Trust and Custody services, Legal Agreement/Entity types, and Account Closing including PODs and asset transfer; usually acquired through formal training or prior experience.  Strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail (accuracy), ability to multi-task and prioritize work, time management and organization skills.  Analytical skills are also required to review and resolve exceptions.  General knowledge of WM’s legal documentation to close accounts and other operational processes is preferred.  Proficient in Trust Servicing, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Lotus Notes (PFS Account Distribution Database), MicroPOD, SharePoint and other enterprise applications are strongly preferred.
