Rolle / Abteilung:
Als wesentlicher Bestandteil eines kleinen Teams innerhalb der Fonds Administration stellen Sie mittels täglicher Kontrolle der NAV Plausibilität sicher, dass die NAVs von traditionellen und alternativen Fonds korrekt und rechtzeitig publiziert werden. Zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Effektivität sowie zur Minimierung des einhergehenden Risikos bei Bewertungsfehlern ist das Team stets um die Optimierung der implementierten Kontrollen und Prozesse bemüht. Eingebettet in ein professionelles und internationales Umfeld und in Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Anspruchsgruppen wie Portfolio Manager, Kunden, Kundenberater, Fund Management Companies, Product Management, Depotbanken, Revision sowie diversen internen operativen Einheiten tragen Sie so erheblich zur Erbringung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Dienstleistung an unsere Kunden bei – auch bei komplexer Ausgangslage und in einem anspruchsvollen Marktumfeld. Interessante Spezialaufgaben und Projekte wie NAV Timeliness, NAV Delay Monitoring, Performance- und Impact Analysen, Hedged Share Classes, die Erstellung aufwändiger Reports, Performance Fee, das NAV Plausibility Manual sowie die Migration zu einem neuen Monitoring System runden die Tätigkeit im Team ab.

Die Hauptaufgaben der Rolle beinhalten:
•    NAV-Plausibilitätskontrollen vor Veröffentlichung der Preise für traditionelle und alternative Fonds
•    Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der NAV Bewertungsgrundsätze sowie Ermittlung von Bewertungsfehlern
•    Aufsetzung, Unterhalt und Optimierung der NAV-Plausibilitätskontrollen im Monitoring System sowie Implementierung von neuen Funktionen und Reports
•    Beantwortung von Anfragen, Durchführung von Performance- und anderen Analysen sowie Erstellung von Reports für verschiedene Anspruchsgruppen wie Kunden, CRMs, Product Management, Fund Management Company, Portfolio Manager oder Revision
•    Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management und Operations bei der Lancierung von Fonds
•    Migration der Plausibilitätskontrollen vom aktuellen Monitoring System MIG21 zur neuen Applikation FundWare und Mitwirkung in anderen Projekten oder Arbeitsgruppen

Anforderungen:
•    Universitäts- oder Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder nachweisbare Arbeitserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich
•    Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
•    Engagierte, exakte und effiziente Arbeitsweise – selbständig und im Team
•    Kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
•    Aufgestellte, flexible, zuverlässige, offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
•    Gute IT Anwenderkenntnisse (insb. MS Office) sowie Fähigkeit sich rasch an neue IT Systeme anzupassen 
•    Gute Kenntnisse im Wertschriftenbereich inkl. Derivate Finanzinstrumente von Vorteil
•    Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
