Knowledge/Skills:

  • Technical Expert with in depth knowledge in the area of Total Rewards
  • Strong project management knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge in developing standards or best practices in Total Rewards especially for benefits and wellness programs.
  • Skills in translating broad strategic intent into tactical plans and directions and the ability to work effectively with clients and HR management and staff. 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, conflict management and negotiation skills are required.
  • Requires excellent leadership skills and communication skills (both written and oral). 
  • Must be able to oversee complex local and regional projects or programs.

Experience Required:

  • 7-10 or more years of experience with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Total Rewards.
  • Demonstrates excellent experience and track record of accomplishment in project management, change initiatives, conflict management and negotiation
