Serve as subject matter expert to the line of business for Market Data contracts

Responsible for the Contract module in FITS ensuring best practice and suggesting efficiencies

Creation and enforcement of best practices and strategy for contract management in FITS

Maintain detailed and organized files

Manage the data input and accuracy of documents in the contract module of FITS

Create and deliver automated renewal reports to sourcing managers individually and overall renewals to leadership

Utilize FITS (Financial Information Tracking Systems) database to track all contracts, find contracts in other tools such as ECM, TCM, Shared Drives, etc… and remove for one point of accuracy

Update, maintain and attach electronic files and data points in FITS and close-out records for contracts that are terminating

Own the process and coordinate with other Operations and Admin team members for pricing and service records to validate it is pointed to the accurate contract by vendor and service

Establish and maintain relationship with key partners in sourcing and the business units

Dialogue with partners and business units to ensure satisfaction and service utilization

Train partners on viewing contracts in FITS

Visit vendor portals for validation of open and active agreements

Responsible for creation and maintenance of documentation on the contract management processes, policy and procedures internally and in the system

Maintain an accurate database for an audited file for each contract which will include original contract, amendments, Statement of Work (SOWs), Non Disclosure Agreement (NDAs), schedules, etc. to mitigate risk


Manages reporting of performance metrics on a weekly basis tallying contracts in total, by vendor, by sourcing manager, changes, etc. 

Displays planning and proactive follow up skills with all partners and vendor interactions

Monthly, Quarterly and Annual inventory reporting to immediate manager and business partners as required from the FITS database

Experience should include:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related business school equivalent or a Paralegal Certification

Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry or Paralegal position

Familiarity with various global exchanges and terminal products  

Excellent knowledge of FITS inventory system or similar and market data access control systems

Prior experience working in fast-pace, high demand environment
 
Exhibits strong time management skills and sets priorities 

Capacity to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously

Solid written and oral communication skills

Experience in processing and reviewing detailed invoices and drive for accuracy
