The WM Fee Product Manager is responsible for the business unit fee strategy and driving the transformation and institutionalization of those strategies. This is a highly visible and collaborative function, working with BU leadership and Finance. In addition, the Fee Product Manager manages current fee policies and associated governance, enables partners to efficiently and effectively manage fees for our clients, and liaisons to operations and technology groups to optimize the technology and business processes. 

 Key Responsibilities 
• Develop fee strategies (innovative pricing structures, relationship pricing models, etc.) 
• Collaborate with WM Finance on reporting & analytics; ensure visibility into key metrics used in management decision making 
• Develop process and execute competitive intelligence 
• Ensure governance, policies and procedures are relevant and applicable to current business practices and risk management priorities 
• Represents WM interests and needs to the enterprise and serves as the central communication/ escalation point on operations/ IT initiatives and issues 
• SME for fee operations/technology updates (i.e. FEM, Fee +, FPG/CPQ) 
• Business Lead on Fee related initiatives (Fee Repricing, Global Fee Billing, etc.) 
• Enable business partners with high quality and relevant support / training materials; ensure easy to navigate information organization of Fee Resource intranet page 
• Assess partner tool simplification and integration opportunities; collaborate with Fee Operations and other groups to optimize business processes. 
• Develop scalable process for periodic fee reviews 
• Maintain Service Level Agreements with internal service providers
Skills/Experience 

• 10 + years experience in product management, strategy, or strategic program management • Deep understanding of the Wealth Management business 
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change 
• Ability to build relationships with senior leadership and partners across the Wealth Management footprint. 
 • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required 
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills 
• Ability craft and deliver data driven recommendations 
• Program or project management experience is advantageous; experience with technology transformations 
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills. 
• Bachelor degree required, and advanced degree (e.g. MBA) and/or related industry qualification is preferred
