WHAT YOU’LL DO ​​

As a partner on the Digital Services team, you will be an integral part of one of our nimble and agile cross-functional teams innovating an entire industry. We are actively exploring emerging technologies in AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Blockchain and Decentralized Finance to elevate dozens of products and services which millions of customers use.​

As a Lead Salesforce Product Owner (Manager), you will:​​

  • Formulate strategic plans for the product umbrella, set goals/priorities, align cross-functional teams and determine life cycle states ​​

  • Define and communicate a vision for the experience to guide all development towards​

  • Shape the value proposition, develop the business case and define the vision for the platform ​​

  • Conduct post-launch audits, track product success by analyzing P&L, metrics & KPIs and collaborate with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity​​

  • Understand the business strategy and cultivate business and technology relationships​​

  • Ensure product team maximizes the value of the Salesforce platform and leverages Salesforce best practices​​

  • Foster strong relationships with the Salesforce company product team and align closely with the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) development roadmap to ensure new features are leveraged properly ​​

  • Stay informed about new and existing bank products and services, and related processes in order to drives the needs of the business​
