Qualifications

 

• This position requires exceptional leadership skills and a natural drive to push projects to successful completion with a sense of urgency.
• Black Belt Certification/ Master Black Belt certification
• 12+ years of experience in a Financial Services Industry working in a Big4, Consulting company or a Bank

• PMP Certification
• CMMI, Lean, Six Sigma Certified professional
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills, communication and presentation skills
• Hands on Experience in Delivery of BB projects across the world
• Strong Project Management/ Change management skills
• Must have a proven record of successfully leading change initiatives including implementing Lean and Six Sigma from concept to full implementation
• Exceptional self-directed organizational skills
• Prefer Strong understanding of Financial service world
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent listening, negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to work with Partners at all levels within the organization.
• Strong change and project management skills.
• Objective, open-minded, innovative thinker and change advocate.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
