Summary  
The Business Solutions & Reporting team resides within the Global Services – Custody Transition & Account Services Department and is a center of expertise responsible for providing automation solutions, sharepoint/workflow tool development and EUC/Macro support for the CTAS businesses. Custody Transitions and Account Services consists of a worldwide network of partners who support functions related to the following Business Units
• Corporate and Institutional Services
• Wealth Management Services

The BSR Manager will be responsible for managing a small group of individual contributors in the APAC Region of CTAS. The Business Process Management function is responsible for an end-to-end process analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.  Role creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes.  Subject matter expertise is beneficial.  Typically would have some type of certification such as six sigma.

Major Duties  
1. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit/function 

2. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level 

3. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult 

4. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities 

5. Conducts performance management and career development processes, provides input for staffing and disciplinary actions and provides hands-on training to staff 

6. Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work. 

7. Provides input and support to budget management process.

Knowledge/Skills  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members towards the goals set
• Must have good project management skills and have strong working knowledge of the firm, the industry and technology

Experience Required  
12-14 years of overall industry experience is required. 
Experience in managing individuals/teams/developers focused on Robotic process automation, Macro building and Nintex/Sharepoint development. 
Exposure to automation tools like Alteryx, Blueprism, Kofax and Business transformation tools like Salesforce/Appian. 
Project/Change Management experience in large scale transformational projects, exposure/working knowledge in operational areas like Trade & Settlement, Client Transition, Custody Operations, Client onboarding etc. will be an added advantage.
