The Presentation and Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for producing powerful presentations with top-notch execution.  Will be responsible for designing, producing and updating presentations for use with internal and external clients while upholding global brand standards creating effective, dynamic and well thought out presentations. Will partner with writers, designers, marketing managers and product specialists in the development of presentations that will be used across a broad range of outputs (on-screen, iPad, print). Must have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animation, builds, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledges of PowerPoint

  • Thorough working knowledge of Excel, Word, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

  • Design presentations for company-wide and investor events using company branding guidelines

  • Create original graphic content for slides for a wide variety of audiences

  • Coordinate with A/V personnel regarding technical requirements for presentations

  • Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department

  • Design marketing materials such as print collateral and websites as needed

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Manage time effectively to multi task and meet deadlines

  • Detail-oriented individuals who review work carefully to provide quality assurance of all deliverables

  • 4 years education, 2+ years design

  • Strong presentation design portfolio demonstrating expert level in Powerpoint including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, actions, and video

  • Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both digital and print media

  • Understanding of the strengths and limitations of presentation technology including aspect ratios, projectors, sound, and video equipment

  • Understanding of image formats, resolution, and size
