This role is the main point of contact for financial analysis and management reporting for the Global Securities Lending Business Unit.  The individual will also support analytical and quantitative needs of the Capital Markets Risk and Control team.

Major Duties:

1. Perform revenue forecasting and attribution analyses for Global Securities Lending.  Work with partners within the Global Securities Lending and Asset Management business units on determining appropriate revenue forecasting assumptions and assess the outlook.  Maintain and enhance forecasting tools.  Track actual revenue performance measures.
2. Present forecasting results to senior management and articulate the drivers of revenue variances.
3. Track and quantify securities lending regulatory capital needs and usage.  Develop framework to support optimal allocation of resources (regulatory capital and/or limits) across Capital Market products.
4. Support management reporting requirements for Global Securities Lending and Capital Markets Risk and Control team.
5. Perform various quantitative analyses to support business initiatives and assess the effect of regulations.
6. Lead quantitative analyses to monitor and oversee Securities Lending loan allocation processes.
7. Support ASL tracking and meeting administration for Capital Markets Risk Councils.
8. Keep abreast of regulatory developments affecting Capital Markets and identify business unit impacts.

1. Technical aptitude - proficient with Excel and Access; experience        manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data.

4. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
5. Knowledge and interest in financial markets and regulations.
