Knowledge/Skills:
1. Solid analytical capabilities and problem solving skills are a must
2. Strong computer skills necessary (especially Excel)
3. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
4. Be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
6. Ability to multi-task is important
7. General knowledge of equity and fixed income markets is helpful
8. Experience with Institutional Investor passport, Omgeo ALERT, Wealthscape, Xylos, 
    JIRA and TSI CAS preferred.
9. Experience with Power BI preferred.

Major Duties:
1.    Maintenance of Client Static data, including confirmation set up, commission rates in various markets, sub-account setup, booking preferences per market and client SSI's on Omgeo ALERT.
2.    Matching and Settlement:   Closely monitors both market-side and client side trade matching and settlement, resolving issues with clients and execution brokers, fixing mismatches and ensuring that settlement rates remain as close to 100% as possible in all markets.  Commercial awareness of positions likely to incur debit interest is key to management of settlement risk, as well as an awareness of sensitive clients or high-value trades. 
3.    Manages the Account Opening process, liaising with the new client, our compliance team, sales trader and operations colleagues to ensure correct process is followed in a timely manner.
4.    Commission Management Closings: Perform monthly close of US Commission Management products (CR, CCA and CSA).
5.    CMTA out billing.
6.    Trade allocation reconciliations.
7.    Daily cash and position reconciliation.
8.    The individual in this role will also be expected to help contribute to further development and improvement of the processes involved.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related Trust or Investment industry experience.
