Responsible for working on large/complex projects within Change Management. The Change Management function develops and executes solutions around the people side of change to ensure organizational readiness, acceptance, and adoption of large change initiatives. This is a highly specialized skill set which in some cases can be augmented by communication and learning experts working in tandem with Change Management partners. Change Management partners are aligned to the largest enterprise initiatives and focus on building tools and training for others in the organization to utilize to increase expertise in this space in support of other key initiatives occurring across the organization. 1. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult. 2. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.3. Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas. 4. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas5. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level6. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult7. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities8. Conducts preliminary analysis 9. Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management

A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred. Related Industry qualification is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are requiredIn-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is requiredHighly flexible and adaptable to change
