WHO YOU ARE

As a Sr. Product Manager,

you will define, deliver, and steward end-to-end (e.g., across multiple products / platforms) digital experiences and capabilities for Wealth Management

 You work hard to stay on top of fast changing technology and invest a lot of energy in learning new tricks.

You are caught up on industry trends and also anticipate what the near future will bring.

You love clean interfaces and have a real passion for extraordinary user experience.

Furthermore, you bring:

• Significant Product Management/ Ownership experience, e.g., translating business cases into story boards; managing the design, build and release of consumer facing software

• Deep knowledge of Agile principles, practices/techniques (e.g., Story mapping, Value scoring) and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments

• Experience acting as a constructive conduit between business and engineering teams

• Strong ability to develop hypotheses and make quick decisions in a fail-fast supportive environment that fosters and encourages a continuous improvement mindset and execution

• A high passion for driving teams towards high performance and a deep pride in quality craftsmanship that delights users

• Experience in user-centered design or user research techniques

• Experience in the financial services industry, ideally in the High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth segments; active in the startup, agile and tech scene

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a partner on the Digital Services team, you will be an integral part of one of our nimble and agile cross-functional teams innovating an entire industry. As a Partner Workstation Product Manager,

you will build knowledge of the Salesforce FSC platform features and data model, and develop networks within different areas of Wealth Management to ensure the platform experience continually aligns with evolving business needs.

As part of the platform team, you will work to define, validate, and iteratively deliver differentiated client and partner experiences based on business objectives of the platform and connected missions and journeys As a Sr. Product Manager, you will:

• Drive the product lifecycle (idea to release), delivering end-to-end digital experiences that meet defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) within time boxed MVP expectations

• Work closely with the Lead Product Owner, designers, researchers, developers, platform members, scrum masters, agile coaches, and other teams within and outside of Wealth Management

• Determine opportunities to address current state needs and build future state in increments, incorporating various dependencies

• Prioritize the backlog items (Features, stories) that align to the platform OKRs

• Deliver outstanding end-user experiences that delight our users

• Monitor a healthy balance between commitments, pace and quality of work for the platform team

• Focus on creating sustainable culture of innovation in digital services.

• Deliver digital metamorphosis results and sustainable methodology momentum

• Drive high proficiency and adoption of platform enhancements and digital metamorphosis initiatives

• Contribute through our digital building capabilities and successful roll-outs

• Translate OKRs to actionable dashboard to business outcomes.

• Champion and promote your product, features, and digital services within the WM organization to build awareness and gather feedback

• Build awareness and insights into WM industry trends, competitive landscape and risk/regulatory requirements

• Provide a high-quality level of support for all digital applications and ensure all technology/process/etc. issues and escalations are treated with the appropriate level of urgency.
