KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
• Able to translate broad strategic intent into tactical plans that yield incremental improvements 
• Expert program and project management
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Able to form strong relationships with clients, program participants, team members, etc.
• Strong consulting, influence, conflict management, and negotiation skills
• Development program expertise (assessment strategies, design, curricula, workforce metrics, etc.) 
• Broad industry knowledge of best practices in this space
• Strong process management and governance
• Innovative problem-solver able to work under time and client pressure and/or other constraints
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills required
• Relentless attention to detail, high standards, and able to produce high quality deliverables


EXPERIENCE:
• Seasoned leader with business experience and broad functional expertise who has been successful leading through influence and collaboration at all levels
• Experience consulting with internal clients to identify needs and translate them into solutions
• Experience implementing global development initiatives that have had a clear impact on the performance and effectiveness of an organization
• Prior budgeting and forecasting experience
• Experience designing and/or reengineering processes to gain efficiencies 
• Vendor sourcing and vendor management experience


QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS/BA in relevant field is required (MS/MA preferred)
• Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience, preferably 3-5 years in HR with at least 2-3 years of experience in L&D, D&I, and/or high potential development programs is expected
• Global experience is also preferred.
